So Ok here I am working 6 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday training on the printing equipment as they said and BLAMMO! Dont come back. Well, uh ok. It turns out that in my two weeks at MMT [link] I was trained on how to build the vinyl, remove the vinyl and fold the vinyl. WOW!! I was really impressed, not! So for two weeks thats all i did. Now I am the type that hates to stand around and look dumb. So when all the machines were running and I emptied all the trash I would go around and ask what else needs to be done. Not so bad. On Friday the 2nd, I figured since I am going to be working with Ricky the other graphic designer I would go see what he was doing. I found him and put a board on the light wall to view the new GM banners we printed and asked him what he was looking for. We talked for a minute, saturation, reflections on the cars that kinda stuff. Now keep in mind there was NOTHING for me to do at this point. At the end of the day I was told not to come back on Monday because I couldn't focus on my job. So while everyone else is looking at nude pictures of guys and girls on their cell phones I wanted to learn something new and got CANNED. WTF. Now the timing sucks but in a way I am glad I am not there only because(no kidding here) everyone in that building was F*** this and F*** that, calling each other Ni**ers, grabbing each others butts. It was a true red neck community in there. The IQ of the entire staff in that building was less that mine. I dont miss that but now what? AAARRGGGHHHHH!!!! I hate Ohio. I love the area, the house I have, the kids are happy but god I HATE ohio.
